The Ark
The Ark (formally See-Saw Club) is a Parent and Toddler group at the
Kid-I-Winks
Kid-I-Winks is a fun service for parents and under 5’s at St James Church, on the 1st Thursday of each month in term time.
It starts at 2pm for about 30 mins followed by refreshments and time for a chat. All are welcome to the services.

Are you a young family with pre-school or infant school aged children? Then come and join the chaos...
Splash! is a group of friendly young families spending time together learning about life and God's love. We are a mix of Christians, those just having a look at the idea of a God and those who just like hanging out! As we learn together we enjoy Advent, Easter and Harvest parties, BBQs, treasure hunts, days out and brunches amongst other things.

Movers & Shakers (Sunday morning Crèche)
The Crèche room has a leader & helpers for people to leave their children with when the children go out of the service. It is child-focused and the sermon is not filtered through. Where possible the Crèche leader for that day will provide refreshments and free play. Parents who are working towards leaving their children in the Crèche are welcome to stay.
For children aged 20 months to 3 years, parents can choose either creche or Tumblers depending on what suits their child best.
The Jacob Room is for parents who don’t wish to or are not able to leave their children in the Crèche room. They may use the room to chat or listen to the sermon on the speaker system. There will be a selection of quiet toys for the children to play with under their parent’s responsibility.
Junior Church
Junior Church takes place on a Sunday morning during the service.
Tumblers is a
Bubbles is the Junior Church group for 3+ to Reception year in the Parish Hall.
